Our Founding Story
Founded in 2014 in Dubai, BIMDubai emerged to address a critical challenge in modern construction—bridging the gap between design intent and on-site execution. Inspired by Dubai’s ambition and complexity, we began as a BIM consultancy focused on precision, coordination, and constructability.
By 2015, we integrated Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) workflows, enabling teams to identify risks early and deliver projects with greater certainty. Between 2016 and 2018, BIMDubai established a strong presence across Dubai and the UAE, later expanding into Oman and the wider Middle East as a trusted digital partner for complex developments.
The launch of our Singapore office in 2018 aligned our services with global BIM standards, while 2020 marked our involvement in major infrastructure and DfMA projects. Continued growth led to collaborations with leading developers in India and expansion into the US market by 2023.
Today, BIMDubai operates globally with its foundation rooted in Dubai, driving innovation through high-LOD BIM, cloud collaboration, Digital Twins, and smart asset solutions—shaping the future of digital construction.
